Izmailovo (Leninsky district)

Izmailovo is an urban-type settlement (a working settlement, until 2019 - a rural-type settlement) [2] in the Leninsky district of the Moscow region . The administrative center of the rural settlement Bulatnikovskoye (until the mid-2000s - Bulatnikovsky rural district ).

History

Previously, the Izmailovo village was called Gubtsovo , Troitsk-on-Obitsa , Troitsk . In the 17th century, the village belonged to the Leontief family. It is known that in 1694 the church of the Holy Trinity was in the village. [3] In the first half of the 18th century, the village belonged to M. G. Golovkin . In 1736-1745, at his expense, a small stone church was built on the site of a burnt wooden church, which has survived to this day. [4] In the second half of the 18th century, the village was owned by the Poluectovs. In the 19th century, the village of Troitsk belonged to E. N. Leontieva, E. E. Neofitova, P. P. Prokin, I. N. Berezovsky. [3]

By a resolution of the governor of the region of June 27, 2019, a village (rural type) was given the status of an urban type village of regional subordination (working village) [2] .

According to the All-Russian Census , in 2002, 1,685 people lived in the village (743 men and 942 women) [7] .

Location

Izmailovo village is located about 3 km north-west of the center of Vidnoe and 800 meters south of the Moscow Ring Road . Nearby is the Bitsa River. 1.5 km east of the village is the platform of the Bulatnikovo Paveletsky railway line .

Attractions

  • Trinity Church , built in the years 1736-1745 in the Anno Baroque style. It was rebuilt in the 1770s and 1880s [4] . In Soviet times, the church was closed. In the 1990s, church services were resumed. Repair and restoration work [3] .
  • The estate "Trinity" . The manor house was built at the beginning of the 20th century [8] . Now it is in an abandoned state. The manor park has been preserved.
