Geography
Located 18 km east of Yekaterinburg , 1 km from the understudy of the Siberian tract . The distance to the residential district of Koltsovo (Yekaterinburg) is 5 km, to the nearest railway station Koltsovo - 7 km. The nearest settlements are the villages of Maly Istok and Glubokoe .

History
September 20, 1933 the village passed into the administrative subordination of the city of Sverdlovsk [3] . Until 2004, he was a member of the Koltsovsky Village Council. On December 9, 1999, Kurortnaya and Sportivnaya streets were renamed to Medova and Bogatyrskaya, respectively [4] .
