Biography
In 1976-1977 - laboratory assistant at the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR.
In 1978-1980 - dispatcher at the Frunze City Transport Agency.
In 1980-1981 - instructor of the Kant district committee of the Komsomol.
In 1981-1984, he was the head of the motorcade of Fleet No. 3 of Frunze.
In 1984-1986 - instructor of the Central Committee of the Komsomol .
In 1986-1989 - instructor of the Sverdlovsk district party committee of the city of Frunze.
In 1991-1994 - Assistant Vice President, First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kyrgyz Republic.
