Story
Marge asks Homer to take her and her children to the apron show on the weekend. On the way home, the Simpsons also visit a rodeo, in which Springfield Prison inmates participate. Of course, it is not without troubles, and Homer, through his own fault, falls into the emergency room. While Homer is being examined by doctors, Marge notices that one of the prisoners named Jack Crowley has a talent for drawing. After examining the work of Jack, Marge decides to get a job as a prison art teacher. At first, many prisoners have a negative attitude towards the newcomer, but thanks to the authority of Crowley Marge, he is able to accustom all prisoners to art.
Meanwhile, Dr. Hibbert diagnoses Homer with a severe curvature of the spine. Modern medicine cannot fix this problem, so Hibert gives Homer a chiropractic card. He gives Homer a massage, from which the head of the family ceases to hurt his back for a short while. Unwilling to depend on a new treatment, Homer is trying to come up with something else. By chance, Homer falls on the trash can and completely heals his back. Then he decides to open his own spinal clinic with the same tank, which Simpson Sr. called the "Miraculous — Correcting Backs — Magical Cylinder of Doctor Homer." Homer's new business is successfully developing and soon half of the city visited his sessions. Of course, the chiropractors didn’t like this, whose business was derailed. Unable to convince Homer to stop selecting customers, they simply steal his “magic” tank and turn it into scrap metal. Homer wants revenge on the insolent, but Mo discourages the head of the family from the war with chiropractors, which is unlikely to be successful for Homer ...
Marge increasingly likes Jack's paintings and the artist himself. Therefore, she is trying to beg for Crowley's early release so that he can start a new life. In the end, she manages to convince the commission that Jack is a completely new person and that he is gaining freedom. Marge decides to get Crowley to work at Springfield Elementary School. Director Skinner gives the novice a task - to create a new wall painting in order to raise the school spirit. Jack draws a formidable warrior girl riding a cougar, but Skinner did not like this picture, he wanted to see a children's picture with children and kittens. Crowley eventually redraws the poster. Of course, the second option does not impress anyone, in addition, Skinner is lying to Superintendent Chalmers, as if it were Crowley’s idea. Enraged, Jack swears revenge on Skinner. And soon terrible news came to Skinner - the school wall was on fire! Moreover, the fire destroys Skinner's sketch and Crowley's original painting opens before the children. All children, along with their beautiful teacher, Ednochka Krabappl applaud the original, but he himself soon burns out. The director is sure that the arson was committed by Jack and tells Chief Wiggum to arrest the culprit. Marge herself finds Crowley. He says that he did not set fire to the wall and asks Marge to distract the police. But while Marge does this, she sees Crowley set fire to Skinner's car and laughs maliciously. Soon, he tells Marge that he set fire to the wall, but did not set the car on fire, although Marge saw how he did it. Marge understands that Jack lied to take revenge on Skinner and orders Chief Wiggum to take Crowley back to prison, which he eagerly does.
