Silver medalist at the 2011 Junior African Championships. 2012 African Championship silver medalist with a score of 1.44.53. At the World Junior Championships in 2009, he ran a distance of 400 meters, but could not reach the final.

The silver medalist of the 2013 Indoor Flanders Meeting competition with a score of 1.47.06. He played at the world championships in 2013 at a distance of 800 meters, where he reached the semifinals and in the 4 × 400 relay at which his team failed to reach the final, taking the last place in the preliminary races.

May 11, took the 6th place at the Seiko Golden Grand Prix - 1.48.23.
