Military cemetery number 4 - Hornbeam ( Polish. Cmentarz wojenny nr 4 - Grab ) - a military graveyard located in the vicinity of the village of Hrab , Subcarpathian Voivodeship . The cemetery is part of the group of the Western Galician war graves of the First World War . Soldiers of the Austrian and Russian armies who died during the First World War are buried in the cemetery. Historical monument of the Subcarpathian Voivodeship.
Content
History
The cemetery was founded in 1915 by the project of Slovak architects Dusan Jurkovic and Adolf Kashpar. The cemetery of 1.809 square meters contains 31 communal and 53 individual graves, in which 106 Austrian and 37 Russian soldiers from the Largo-Kagul 191st Infantry Regiment who died in January 1915 are buried.
Description
Opposite the entrance to the cemetery there is a monument made in the form of West-Lemko churches.
On July 13, 1993, the cemetery was entered in the register of historical monuments of Subcarpathian Voivodeship (A-295).
In 1995, the monument was repaired. During his restoration, inscriptions in Polish were posted on it:
