Yury Vytalevich Gervazyuk (born in 1959 , Tiraspol ) - Transnistrian politician, head of the administration of the city of Bender from January 24, 2013 to March 18, 2015 (acting from November 15, 2012 ).

Content
Biography
Born in Tiraspol and graduated from high school number 9 in 1976. Received two higher educations: military school and law academy. Participated in the liquidation of the accident at the Chernobyl nuclear power plant. He is a lieutenant colonel in stock [5] .
From 1992 to 2010, he worked in business structures, heading ZAO Textil-Group.
In 2004, he was elected to the district council of people's deputies of the Slobodzeya region , was chairman of the commission on legislation.
In 2005, he was elected to the Supreme Council of the PMR (elected in the Suklei District in the Slobodzeya region), was a member of the committee on legislation.
In 2007, he participated in the creation of the political party "Fair Republic", was elected its chairman [6] .
February 29, 2012 By decree of Yevgeny Shevchuk he was appointed Advisor to the President of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika [7] .
On November 15, 2012 he was appointed Acting Head of the State Administration of the City of Bender. On January 24, 2013, he was appointed head of the state administration of the city of Bender and dismissed from the post of Advisor to the President of the PMR [8] . On March 18, 2015, Bender [9] was dismissed from the post of the Head of the State Administration; on the same day he was appointed Chairman of the State Customs Committee of the Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika [10] .
On October 13, 2017, the Tiraspol City Court sentenced the former chairman of the State Customs Committee of the PMR, the former head, Bender, Yuri Gervaziuk. He was sentenced to 10 years in prison and a fine of 3.5 million rubles. [11] The former official was charged with abuse of office. Being the head of the city of Bender, and then the chairman of the State Customs Committee, Yury Gervazyuk was the organizer of corruption schemes at the Biokhim plant related to tax evasion. Gervazyuka was also accused of bribing a customs officer in order to issue a false export of alcohol.

Married, has a daughter and grandchildren.
