Content
History
The street has existed since 1937. On August 28, 1938, by decision of the executive committee of Izhevsk city council of deputies, the street was named after the great Russian poet Mikhail Yuryevich Lermontov [4] .
Location
Lermontov Street is located in the west of Izhevsk, in the private sector between the Town of Mashinostroiteley and the area of Crimson Mountain . It is located between the streets of Tchaikovsky and Woodworking [5] (parallel to them) and, unlike them and most of the streets of this microdistrict, it starts not from Postolskaya Street, but from Transportnaya Street. Lermontov Street runs approximately from south to north and ends at the K-shaped intersection with the Shaberdinsky tract and Gastello street. The length of the street is about 730 meters.
