Biography
Davletov Eduard Gazalievich [1] was born on April 24, 1947 in the city of Ufa .
In 1971, he graduated from the Bashkir Medical Institute in Ufa , where he worked as a teacher since 1974. Since 1995 he is the head. Department of Bio. and clinical chemistry, and since 1993 - dean of the faculty of general medicine.
His area of scientific interest is the pathochemistry of burn disease. He established the effect of reducing the sensitivity of target cells to the action of hormones during burn injury, deciphered their molecular mechanisms, substantiated methods for correcting detected violations; biochemical studies were conducted to identify preclinical changes in the body under the action of dioxin-containing products, herbicides and ecotoxicants.
Based on his work, biochemical criteria for assessing the environmental risk of the population of industrial cities were developed.
Corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus, he was a member of the Department of Biological Sciences of the Academy of Sciences of Belarus.
