Biography
Since 1978, he studied at the Buyanivsky eight-year school, then in 1986 he entered the Polytechnic College of Novy Rozdol, Lviv Region, the next year he transferred to the Rivne Automobile College, which he graduated in 1991 with a degree in automobile repair mechanics. In 2001 he entered studies, and in 2006 he graduated from the Volyn State University named after Lesya Ukrainka and graduated in Economics and Entrepreneurship and received the qualification of Master of Finance.
Since 1993, he began his career as an entrepreneur. Founder of the agro-industrial group "Pan Kurchak".
In 2012, he was elected as a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada in a single-mandate constituency in the Volyn region. Vnefraktsionny, head of the banking subcommittee of the BP committee on finance and banking. Since February 27, 2014 as a member of the deputy group “Sovereign European Ukraine”.
Re-elected in the early elections in 2014. Member of the parliamentary group “ People ’s Will ”, member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Agrarian Policy and Land Relations.
December 25, 2018 is included in the sanctions list of Russia [2] .
According to the declaration, his income in 2014 amounted to UAH 92 million, which made him appear in the top three richest deputies [3] .
Cavalier of the Order of Merit, III degree (2007). In 2006 he received the "Badge of Honor" of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine. He was awarded church orders and medals.
