Úlex bórgiae is a species of flowering plants of the genus Ulex ( Ulex ) of the legume family ( Fabaceae ).

Botanical description
Low creeping shrub . The leaves are turned into spines, the secondary spines are shorter than the primary ones. Filoids from linear-lanceolate to linear-styloid, hard, slightly pubescent or smooth.
Bracts of the same width as the pedicels , or slightly wider, triangular-ovate, pubescent. Calyx 10-14.5 mm, smooth or hairy, remains on the fetus in the form of a film. The corolus is moth , of the same length as the calyx or slightly longer.
Flowering from October to March [2] .
Fruit - bean .
Chromosome set of 2n = 64 or 96.
Distribution and habitat
Endemic of Spain , grows in the south of the country on sandstone or inland coastal wet soils at an altitude of 0-600 m above sea level .
