Quotes
“The assertion that Russian programmers and specialists in the field of modern information systems are significantly inferior to Western colleagues in their professional level is at least an exaggeration. This is well known to Western colleagues themselves. It is not in vain that their “Russian brains” are so interested ... Nevertheless, in Russia today there is a paradoxical situation ... Almost exclusively at the state level exclusively Western models of information space modernization are being considered ... One fine day, the trend may become irreversible ” [ five]
