Biography
Son of okolnichy I. S. Khitrovo .
In 1669 he was granted a "room". In 1672 he received from the Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich the salary of 700 quarters and 40 rubles in money. Consisted under Prince Fedor Alekseevich , often accompanied him on hikes in the environs of Moscow. So, in November 1674, he participated in the prince's trip to the village of Preobrazhenskoye, where during the lunch given by the prince, he “stood at the pies”.
On January 12, 1682, the room steward signed a conciliar decree on the abolition of regionalism . June 26 of the same 1682 the day after the wedding of the kingdom of brothers Ivan and Peter Alekseevich, was granted to the Duma nobles .
In 1684, he was appointed regimental and siege commander in Pereyaslav , from where at the end of 1685 he wrote a friendly letter to General Patrick Gordon . In 1689, the Kursk voivode A.I. Khitrovo, being a friend (deputy) of the boyar Boris Petrovich Sheremetev , participated in the second campaign of Prince V.V. Golitsyn against the Crimean Khanate . For participation in the campaign, he received from the ruler Sofya Alekseevna as a reward “a gilded cup with roofs, a gold caftan on sables, money in addition to a salary of 80 rubles and 3,000 efimki for the purchase of fiefdoms ”. In the same year, 1689, it was transferred to the voivodship from Kursk to Nezhin .
In October 1698, he died and was buried in the Butter Trinity Monastery near Kaluga .
