Geography

The village of Luchinskoye is located in the west of the Moscow region, in the central part of the Istra district, about 4 km south of the district center - the city of Istra , on both banks of the Maglushi river. On the northern outskirts of the village is the railway station of the New Jerusalem of the Riga direction of the Moscow railway , Volokolamsk highway passes by the west, the center height is 159 meters above sea level [14] . The nearest populated areas are Silk Mountain , Slabosheino and Krasnaya Gorka .

History

In the middle of the XIX century, the village of Luchinskaya of the 2nd camp of Zvenigorod district of the Moscow province belonged to the children of the secret adviser Golokhvastov, in the village there were 38 courtyards, peasants 162 male souls and 179 female souls [6] .

In the List of Populated Places in 1862, the owner's village of the 2nd camp of Zvenigorodskoye was located along the Moscow post road from Moscow to Volokolamsk , 19 versts from the county town and 3 versts from the stanovoy apartment, at the Magnush river, with 46 yards and 262 inhabitants ( 105 men, 157 women) [7] .

In 1886, the village of Luchinskoe was the administrative center of the Luchin parish of Zvenigorod county, there were 52 courtyards, 370 people lived; in the village there was a volost board , there was a shop. In the vicinity of the village there were five churches, two schools, two hospitals (one of them was the Moscow Educational House), a shop, a cloth factory and two almshouses [8] .

In 1899 there were 391 inhabitants in the village, a volost administration, the apartment of a police officer and a village school [10] .

According to the data for 1911, the number of courtyards was 71, there were also a Zemsky shelter, two tea shops, two brick factories and a lumber yard [15] .

According to the materials of the All-Union census of 1926 - the village, the administrative center of the Luchinsky village council of the Luchinsky volost of the Resurrection district of the Moscow province, on the Volokolamsk highway, 1.1 km from the station of Noviyerusalimskaya Moscow-Windau-Rybinsk railway ; 548 people lived (252 men, 296 women), there were 116 farms, of which 108 were peasant, there was a reading room, a library, a school of the 1st stage, and an agricultural artel worked [11] .

Since 1929, is a settlement of the Moscow region in the Lucinsky village councilOf the Resurrection District (1929–1930), the Luchinsky Village Council of the Istrinsky District (1930–1957, 1960–1963, 1965–1994), the Luchinsky Village Council of the Krasnogorsk District (1957–1960), the Luchinsky Village Council of the Solnechnogorsky Integrated Rural Region (1963–1965), the Luchinsky Agricultural the districts of the Istrinsky district (1994–2006), the rural settlement of Luchinskoe of the Istrinsky district (2006–2017), and the urban district of Istra (since 2017) [16] [17] [18] [19] .
