Biography
On July 9, 1961, he was ordained a priest .
Since November 28, 1987 - titular archbishop of Ratiaria and the apostolic pro-nuncio in Iraq and, in combination, in Kuwait (until 1991 ).
On January 6, 1988, he was ordained bishop .
From April 9, 1994 - the apostolic nuncio in Kazakhstan , and part-time, in Kyrgyzstan , Uzbekistan , and from December 28, 1996 in Tajikistan .
From December 11, 2001 to May 1, 2002 - the apostolic nuncio in Slovenia and, concurrently, in Macedonia .
