The proletarian village council is a municipality with the status of a rural settlement and an administrative-territorial entity in the Krasnogvardeisky district of the Orenburg region of the Russian Federation . The administrative center is the village of Proletarka .

Geography
The rural settlement is located in the west of the Krasnogvardeisky district municipal district and borders:
- in the north - with the Nizhnekristalsky village council ;
- in the south and east - with the Tokyo Village Council ;
- in the west - with the Novonikolsky village council of Grachevsky district
The terrain is ridge-hilly, moderately dissected with river valleys and beams . The soil is chernozem sand. The depth of groundwater up to 3 m.
The climate is sharply continental. The average temperature in the summer months is plus 21 ° C, in the winter months minus 15 ° C. The prevailing wind is north-west and south-east.
The main type of vegetation is birch-aspen and oak chippings; floodplain and steppe meadows.
The main waterway is the Tok River.
History
On March 9, 2005, in accordance with the law of the Orenburg Region No. 1901/343-III-OZ [4] , the rural settlement Proletarsky Village Council was formed, the boundaries of the municipality were established.
