Story
The protagonist of the game Bounty Bob ( Eng. Bounty Bob ) is an officer of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police who must search the abandoned uranium mines of Nuclear Ned ( Eng. Nuclear Ned ) to find the dangerous criminal Yukon Yohan ( Eng. Yukon Yohan ). Bob must mark all sections of the mine, running through them. In the mines there is a large number of futuristic obstacles that the player must cope with: material transporters, hydraulic forests, etc. He also must avoid radioactive animals living in the mines.
Gameplay
When Bounty Bob passes through the floor section, it is filled with color. In order for a player to complete a level, each section of the floor must be painted over. Total 10 mines (11 in the port for ColecoVision ). Each level must be completed within a certain time (otherwise the game character will run out of oxygen and he will die).
Along the way, Bob encounters many objects forgotten by the miners. By collecting them, the player gets bonus points, and the radioactive creatures smile and turn green. While they are in this state, Bob can collect them by earning extra points.
Various obstacles in the mine can help or hinder the passing of the game. Ladders allow you to climb or descend to the next platform. The matter transmitters teleport him to another transporter, the gutters force Bob to roll off the platform (often against the player’s will), and the choppers crush Bob if he gets in their way.
Most of the levels contain some special element that changes from level to level. Pressing the space bar skips the level for a few seconds. On the Atari 800, a player can enter a phone number on the title screen, and then the level number he wants to go to.
