Description
"A rectangular blue cloth with a 2: 3 ratio of width to length, reproducing the composition of the coat of arms of the village of Harp in green, blue and white."
The heraldic description of the coat of arms reads: “ In a azure field with a azure wavy tip finely finished with silver and encumbered with the same grayling, under a wavy narrow head formed by silver needles - green with silver tops is a tri-mountain burdened with two stones of the same metal (one beside the other) .
Justification of Symbols
The name of the village of Kharp , located beyond the Arctic Circle on the border of the tundra and the Northern Urals, is translated from the Khanty as "Northern Lights". The old-timers of the village claim that at the time of its foundation, and some time after, the village and station on the Seyda - Labytnangi railway branch was called the Northern Lights. The wavy upper strip of the cloth composed of silver needles is an allegory of the Northern Lights , which clearly reflects the name of the village.
The village is located in a picturesque place, in a geographical area called the Polar Urals, surrounded by mountains, on the banks of a river called Sob (on the flag of the settlement, the river is symbolically reflected by a blue lower stripe separated from the green part of the canvas by a silver wave). Residents of the village call these places Northern Switzerland for the beauty of the local nature.
The composition of the flag symbolizes the beauty of these places, the bright carpet of the summer tundra, the clear blue sky, the color of numerous lakes, canals and rivers and the beauty of the northern lights.
Two silver stones are a symbol of the natural resources of the Ural region, a symbol of the project "Ural Industrial - Ural Polar", associated with the development of the Bovanensky deposit and chromite deposits of the Rayiz massif. Stone is a symbol of strength, stability, solidity, inflexibility and grandeur.
Grayling is a fish of the salmon family . Grayling lives in cold and fast flowing rivers and, together with trout , makes up the main fish species of the polar Urals. A feature of grayling is the ability to exist only in ecologically clean water.
The construction of the figures of the flag, expressed in the order of numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 arranged in a single row (one fish, two stones, three mountains, four half-waves of radiance) - symbolizes development and striving for the future.
Blue color (light blue ) is a symbol of honor, nobility, spirituality and lofty aspirations.
Green color symbolizes spring, health, nature, youth and hope.
White color ( silver ) is a symbol of purity, clarity, openness, divine wisdom, reconciliation.
