ICOR

UAB ICOR is a Lithuanian construction and engineering concern holding. Starting its activities in 1990, today ICOR is one of the largest groups of companies in the region. The companies successfully operate in the field of utilities, industry and energy, oil products trading, real estate development.

History

The Rubicon group holding changed its name to ICOR in January 2010. The holding includes several dozen companies that work in the field of industry and engineering solutions, maintenance of buildings and utilities (“ City Service ”), energy and entertainment. For example, one of the largest concert and event ticket networks in Lithuania, Tiketa. They also owned the largest basketball and concert venue in Vilnius Siemens arena , Panevėžio arena in Panevezys and other facilities. [one]

ICOR management: board chairman Andrius Yanukonis , board members Gintautas Jaugielavičius and Linas Samuolis, CEO Arturas Gudyalis. The company's shareholders are A. Yanukonis, G. Jaugielavičius and L. Samuolis.

Structure

ICOR owns Axis Technologies enterprises (biofuel energy solutions); "Veikmės statyba" (construction); "Realco" (real estate projects); Oilead (international trade in petroleum products); Natural Fiber (hemp stalk processing factories); "Agrosfera" (house of grain) [2] .
