Biography

In 1642, Prince Osip Ivanovich Shcherbatov participated in the Zemsky Cathedral in Moscow , where the question of the fate of the Turkish fortress of Azov , captured in 1637 by the Don Cossacks, was discussed. In 1647, Prince Osip Ivanovich Shcherbatov was appointed governor of Tomsk , where he spent two years. During his stay in Tomsk there was a riot.
