Biography
In August 1626, Prince Osip Shcherbatoy was granted from the patriarchal capitals to the royal capitals. In 1630 - 1632 years - the governor in Rylsk . In 1634, O. I. Shcherbatov was appointed governor in Mozhaisk . In 1636 he was in the province of Kola. In 1642, Prince Osip Ivanovich Shcherbatov participated in the Zemsky Cathedral in Moscow , where the question of the fate of the Turkish fortress of Azov , captured in 1637 by the Don Cossacks, was discussed. March 1, 1643 was granted from the stolniks to Moscow nobles and was appointed governor of Mtsensk .
In 1647, Prince Osip Ivanovich Shcherbatov was appointed governor of Tomsk , where he spent two years. During his stay in Tomsk there was a riot.
