Deputy ticket of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR S. G. Batyev

Born in the family of a Bashkir peasant. From the age of 16 he took an active part in public life, helped organize the first Komsomol cell in the village, and three years later he was noticed by the district committee.

  • 1930-1931 - propagandist of the Bakalinsky district committee of the CPSU (b) of the Bashkir Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic,
  • since 1931 - a student at the Kazan Institute of Finance and Economics, but from the third year he interrupted his studies by party mobilization.
  • 1933-1936 - Assistant to the chief of the political department for Komsomol work of the Aktash MTS, secretary of the Arsky district committee of the Komsomol.
  • in 1935, at the suggestion of the first secretary of the regional party committee, Lepa, 25-year-old Batyev was appointed head of the Department of the Tatar Regional Committee of the Komsomol,
  • On August 2, 1937, the Komsomol bureau of the Tatobkom Komsomol dismissed S. Batyev from his post “for communication with the enemy of the people S. Enikeev” - editor-in-chief of the leading republican party newspaper “Red Tatarstan”, expelled from the party on December 17, 1937, but a month later - January 25 1938 re-adopted with reprimand "for the loss of vigilance",
  • 1937-1943 - Lecturer at the Faculty of Work at the Kazan Institute of Chemical Technology A. M. Butlerova , lecturer of the Tatar Regional Committee of the CPSU (b),
  • 1943-1950 - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic.
  • in 1950 - graduated from the Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party of Bolsheviks .
  • 1950-1951 - Instructor of the Department of Party, Trade Union and Komsomol Bodies of the Central Committee of the CPSU (B.).
  • 1951-1957 - Secretary of the Tatar Regional Committee of the CPSU.
  • 1957-1960 - Second Secretary of the Tatar Regional Committee of the CPSU. At the same time, head of the department of party and Soviet construction of the Kazan Higher Party School under the Central Committee of the CPSU (1957).
  • 1960, in connection with the appointment to a responsible post, he straightened out a new passport, where his nationality was Tatar (formerly Bashkir). [2]
  • 1960-1983 - Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Tatar Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic, Deputy Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR .

Member of the Central Audit Commission of the CPSU (1966-1971). Member of the Supreme Council of the TASSR in 1947-1951, 1955-1985, USSR in 1958-1966 and the RSFSR in 1967-1980.

Awards and titles

He was awarded the Order of the October Revolution, three orders of the Red Banner of Labor, the Order of Friendship of Peoples, the Order of the Badge of Honor, and medals. [3]

Memory

In 2006, a memorial plaque was opened to S. Batyev on the facade of the house number 23a on the street. Gogol, where the politician lived in 1960-1985.

In 2011, a newly formed street in the Volga region of Kazan was named after Salikh Batyev [4] .
