The Young Guard Orphanage is a village in the Novomoskovsk Administrative District of Moscow (until July 1, 2012 it was part of the Leninsky District of the Moscow Region ). It is part of the Vnukovo settlement .

Content
History
In 1921, a children's colony was located in the former estate of Abrikosov . Soon the orphanage received the name "Young Guard" according to the poem of the same name by Alexander Bezymensky [2] . At the orphanage a village was formed.

According to the All-Russian Census , in 2002, 122 people lived in the village (59 men and 63 women) [5] .
Geography
The village of the Young Guard Orphanage is located about 7 km northwest of the center of Moscow . The nearest settlements are the village of Izvarino and the village of Minvneshtorg . Nearby is the Likova River.
