"A rectangular panel with a 2: 3 ratio of width to length, reproducing the composition of the coat of arms of the Voronezh rural settlement of the Ust-Labinsky district in raspberry, blue, white and yellow colors."
The heraldic description of the coat of arms reads: “ In a dissected purple and azure field, on top there is a silver wavy tip and above it is a silver key cross surrounded by an open golden wreath of ears, and below it is Cossack pieces crosswise, in sheaths (with arms up and blades down). ". [2]
Justification of Symbols
The flag in the language of symbols and allegories reflects the historical, cultural and economic features of the rural settlement.
The village of Voronezh was founded in 1804 by settlers from the Don near the Voronezh redoubt, built at the end of the 18th century and named after the Voronezh musketeer regiment.
Before the unification of the Black Sea Cossack army with the Caucasian linear Cossack army into a single Kuban Cossack army, the lands of the village of Voronezh bordered Black Sea, which allegorically indicates the division of the panel into purple and azure.
Raspberry color is the defining color of Zaporizhzhya (Black Sea) Cossacks - the closest neighbors and brothers of Voronezh.
The crimson color symbolizes the blossoming earth, fidelity, modesty, piety.
The azure (blue) color is the defining color of the founders of the village - the Don and the Caucasian linear Cossacks, to whom the Voronezh people originally belonged.
The blue color symbolizes a clear sky, honor, sincerity, virtue, elevated aspirations.
The white cross, in heraldry called the key, the external form resembles the breast regimental cross of the Voronezh 124th regiment , in honor of which the village received its name.
The silver key cross is also in tune with the key (source) Izradny, located along the banks of the Kuban River on the border between the Black Sea and linear Caucasian Cossacks.
The wavy white strip allegorically indicates the Kuban River, on the banks of which stood the Voronezh redoubt and along which the village of Voronezh is currently located.
The image of Cossack drafts also allegorically points to two Cossack troops, eventually united into a single Kuban Cossack army.
The image of a cross located in a wreath of wheat ears indicates that Voronezh residents are not only Cossacks, but also farmers.
