Lane History
It arose in the 2nd half of the 19th century, but its structures were assigned to Aleksandrovskaya Street (nowadays Mikhail Grushevsky Street). Since 1955 - Museum passage, located on the odd side of the National Art Museum of Ukraine . The modern name has a spontaneous origin, but exists as an official one.
Lane building - mainly tenement houses of the beginning of the XX century.
The entire odd side of the lane is occupied by the building of the National Art Museum of Ukraine (built by architect Vladislav Gorodetsky at the end of the 19th century as the building of the City Museum of Antiquities).
