Young years

In September 2011, Lamot and former US President Bill Clinton led the Presidential Council for Economic Development and Investment in Haiti, created by President Martei. It was anticipated that the activities of this council could help develop Haiti by attracting foreign investors. On October 24, 2011, Lamot received an even higher position, he became the Minister of Foreign Affairs . A he held this post on August 6, 2012 .
