Islamov, Marat Nurievich

Marat Nurievich Islamov was born on June 28, 1953 in the village. Altıntash of the Chebarkul district of the Chelyabinsk region .

• In 1973 he graduated with honors from the Troitsk Agricultural College with a degree in “agronomist” and began his career as an agronomist in the Zauralovsky branch of the Novo-Miassky state farm in the Chebarkul district of the Chelyabinsk region.
• In 1978, he graduated with honors from the Agronomy Department of the Kurgan Agricultural Institute (specialty "agronomist scientist") and worked as a junior researcher in the South Ural Research Institute of Agriculture in the Chelyabinsk Region, then as a senior researcher, head of the seed production department of the Kurgan Research Institute of Grain Agriculture (KNIIZH) .
• In 1986 he became a candidate of agricultural sciences.
• On March 18, 1988, by order of the Agro-Industrial Committee of the Kurgan Region, the Semen research and production subsystem was formed as part of the Kukuruza research and production system (KNIIZH director Igor Sikorsky headed the Kukuruza NPP) Seed production was entrusted with seed management functions grain and leguminous crops. ^[1] . • In November 2000, he was elected to the Kurgan Regional Duma of the 3rd convocation from constituency No. 10 (Almenevsky, Safakulevsky, Shchuchansky districts). In 2001, he initiated the creation in the regional Duma of the deputy group "Consent", which included 18 out of 33 deputies, and headed it.
• In 2001, he headed the Kurgan regional branch of the People’s Party of the Russian Federation (NPRF) ^[3] .
• On November 28, 2004, he was elected to the Kurgan Regional Duma of the IV convocation from Schuchansky constituency No. 10 (Almenevsky, Safakulevsky, Shchuchansky districts).
• In December 2004, Islamov was elected Chairman of the Kurgan Regional Duma of the IV convocation and worked in this position until 2010. In the region, a regional branch of the all-Russian public organization "All-Russian Council of Local Self-Government" was created, which was headed by Islamov.
• In 2008 he became a doctor of economic sciences.
• * On March 14, 2010 he was elected to the Kurgan Regional Duma of the V convocation from the single-mandate Schuchansky constituency No. 10 (Almenevsky, Safakulevsky, Shchuchansky districts).
• In April 2010, he was elected Deputy Chairman of the Kurgan Regional Duma of the V convocation - Chairman of the Committee on Budget, Financial and Tax Policy. Member of the Committee on Agricultural Policy and Natural Resources.
• On December 5, 2014, the Presidium of the Regional Political Council of the United Russia Party, on the basis of a personal statement, decided to agree to the dismissal of the Head of the Regional Executive Committee of the United Russia Party, Islamov Marat Nurievich from December 10, 2014 ^[4] .
• On September 13, 2015, he was elected to the Kurgan Regional Duma of the VI convocation in the Priobolnoy constituency No. 14 (Zverinogolovsky, Lebyazhyevsky, Polovinsky, Priobolny districts). In the Kurgan Regional Duma, he was elected chairman of the budget, financial and tax policy committee, member of the regional policy and local government committee.

Marat Nurievich Islamov is a member of the Presidium and first deputy secretary of the United Russia party’s regional political council, president of the Mama charity public foundation for the protection of motherhood and childhood, and head of the Zauralskiy Quality club ^[5] .
