Club
Pupil of Minsk “ Dynamo ”. The first trainer is Ruslan Stepanovich Azarenok .
He began his professional career in 2011, playing for the double. In the 2012 season he made his debut in the championship of Belarus and began to play enough at the base. The first goal in Dynamo scored on September 26, 2012 in the home match of the 1/8 finals of the Belarus Cup 2012/13 against Volna . In 2013, the player began to pursue injuries that prevented him from spending the full season. However, having left in his first Euro Cup match of the Europa League against Kruoi in the 82nd minute, two minutes later Gleb managed to score his first goal in European cups.
Gleb became the base player in 2015, playing for the team in most matches, playing mainly the flank attacking midfielder, as well as the striker paired with Fatos Bechirai . Rassadkin played 35 matches in all tournaments that season and scored 3 goals.
In the summer of 2017, he signed a contract with the club of the Ukrainian Premier League " Star " from Kropyvnytskyi [2] . He made his debut for the team on September 16, 2017, at the 87th minute of the away match against Mariupol replacing Pavel Polegenko . After 4 days, he left in the starting lineup and scored a goal in the cup match against Simferopol Tavria
In the season of 2018, he held 13 matches in the major league of Belarus for the Grodno Neman , being rented from the Kropyvnytska Zirka, in which he scored 1 + 1 in the goal + pass system. After the release of the Neman from vacation, he remained among the players who took part in the first training session. In March 2019, he signed with yellow-green a full two-year contract [3] .
