Georg Philipp Harsdörffer ( German: Georg Philipp Harsdörffer ; November 1, 1607 , Fischbach, Nuremberg - September 17, 1658 , Nuremberg ) - German writer of the Baroque era: prose writer , poet , translator , scholar.
Founder and head of the Nuremberg School of Poetry. Member of the literary "Fruitful Society" (in which he was under the name " der Spielende "). In 1644, together with Johann Clay founded the literary society Blumenorden .
