Konstantin Borisovich Strelbitsky (born September 23, 1966 , Moscow ) is a Soviet and Russian fleet historian, chairman of the board of the Moscow Fleet History Club, teacher, researcher, active participant in military search movements, and author of military historical publications.

Biography
Konstantin Borisovich Strelbitsky was born on September 23, 1966 in Moscow. The representative of the old boyar - gentry family Strelbitsky , whose representatives at the end of the XVIII century confirmed their noble origin in the Podolsk ruberiya of the Russian Empire . After approval in the Department of the heraldry of the Governing Senate , the Strelbitsky family was included in the VI part of the genealogy book of the Podolsk province .
- In 1983 he graduated from high school.
- In 1984 - the first course of the full-time department of the History Department of Moscow University ; in 1990 - history faculty.
- In 1984-1986 - a soldier of military service. At the end of the school, he entered the full-time department of the History Department , was expelled for poor progress, but took academic leave and was drafted into the army, served in auxiliary units of the Air Force, and as ordinary officers. At the end of the service, he recovered full-time, with a loss of course.
- In 1986-1990, he was a full-time student at the history faculty of Moscow State University, and a diploma was a historian.
- Since 1989, research has been carried out in the leading state and departmental archives of the USSR and Russia , including in the military - RGAVMF , RGVA , TsVMA , TsAMO , CAFPS, etc.
- Since 2000 - activist in the search movement. He was the only representative of the Russian search community in the ranks of expeditions to search, locate and examine the Pinsk military flotilla river warships that died in 1941 - the Smolensk, Vinnitsa monitors and armored boats No. 205.
- Member of military historical surveys of the Konevets islands on Lake Ladoga and Gogland in the Gulf of Finland .
- He was a scientific consultant to expeditions to submarines L-24 , M-97 , S-8 , S-10 , Shch-212 , transport "Rodina", as well as to a number of other sunken ships and vessels.
- It has been actively published since 1990, including in the media of Poland , the countries of Scandinavia and Belarus . To date, he is the author of about three hundred publications on the subject of military history in Russian, Belarusian, Polish, Finnish and Swedish. He is the author of a number of reference books, including two editions of the “Martyrology of the Black Sea submariners of the Fatherland (1909-1945)”.
- The author-compiler of the unique Computer Database “The Alphabetical List of Russian and Soviet Navy Submariners Who Killed in 1904-2008,” launched in 1998 and today includes reference data on more than five thousand sailors who fell for their homeland.
- “In the service of the Fleet of the Fatherland my three uncles and brother gave their lives, therefore I pay special attention to perpetuating the memory of the dead sailors. On my initiative and with my direct participation, memorial plaques were installed to fellow countrymen who died in submarines and on the battleship Novorossiysk (Kiev, Ukraine), memorial crosses with plaques to the dead crew members of the Vinnitsa monitor (Novaya Belitsa village, Svetlogorsk district Gomel region of Belarus) and the sailors of the Belkin family (v. Introduction of the Yaroslavl region of the Yaroslavl region). I pay great attention to the study of the Sea Necropolis of the Fatherland. ”
