Biography
Born in the village of Malaya , now Sylvensky settlement of the Perm region , May 3, 1954 . She graduated from Lyadovskaya school, then Kungurskoye vocational school No. 68. In 1971, she won a bronze medal at the All-Union Plowers Competition, and a year later she received a bronze medal of the VDNH of the USSR . In 1973, she became a delegate to the World Youth and Student Festival in Berlin.
During the years of perestroika, she was elected head of the Lyadovsky settlement, and worked on this post for more than twelve years.
In 2012, by the decision of the Zemsky Assembly, Lyudmila Ivanovna Kuchumova was awarded the high title “Honorary Resident of the Perm Municipal District”. The award was to be presented on December 21 at the next Zemsky meeting, but the life of Lyudmila Ivanovna was cut short a few days before this date.
