The flag was approved on September 9, 2011 by decisions of the Council of Deputies of the Municipal Formation Kvarkensky District No. 64 [1] , which approved the provision on the flag, and No. 65 [2] , which approved the drawing of the flag.
Description
βA rectangular cloth of red color with a ratio of width to length 2: 3, bearing in the middle the image of the figures of the regional coat of arms (a lion walking in three purses), made in yellow and white. The reverse side mirrors the front. β
Justification of Symbols
The golden lion indicates the name of the village of Kvarkenskaya in honor of the victory of the Russian army at the Kvarken Strait . Together with purses - bags, he indicates the large volumes and quality of the grown grain. Wallets themselves - symbolize the wealth of nature and the bowels of the area
