Biography
From the nobles. He received his secondary education at the Odessa private gymnasium of Stavillo.
In 1876 he graduated from the Law Faculty of Novorossiysk University and entered the civil service.
Ranks: State Councilor (1895), Actual State Councilor (1901), Privy Councilor (1911).
In 1889, he joined the Privislinsky Territory . He served as junior and then senior clerk in the office of the Warsaw Governor General . He was the Plotsky (1898-1908) and Warsaw (1908-1909) vice-governor, and then the Lomzhinsky governor (1909-1917).
During the Civil War he participated in the White Movement in the south of Russia , and served in the Ministry of the Interior in the Supreme Council of Ukraine . In the summer of 1920 - in Constantinople, on the island of Lemnos and in Serbia.
The further fate is unknown. He was married to Olga Nikolaevna Papudoglo.
