History
The village was probably founded between 1660 and 1670, when the royal father-in-law, Ilya Danilovich Miloslavsky , was the owner of the land in this area. It was first mentioned in 1722: the industrialist Nikita Nikitich Demidov bought from the captain Vasily Obukhov the village Tolstosheevo, the village Hotisino and the village Vorotnaya.
The inhabitants of Hotisin were Old Believers. They participated in the construction of the Brynsky Plant (1722–1727), then N. N. Demidov relocated several families to the Urals, to the Vasilyevsky-Shaitansky Factory.
Before the abolition of serfdom, the village belonged to the Bryn landowner E. A. Ryabinina. Most of the residents worked at the Brynsk cloth factory.
In 1859, there were 10 peasant households in the village, 81 inhabitants.
From 1861 it was part of the Brynsky volost .
1885 - 25 yards. From 1888, Hotisino was the center of the Old Believer parish: in the village, a prayer house was first opened, and in 1905, the Transfiguration Church. The parish included the villages of Plock, Semichastnoe, Sleeve, Poles, Buda-Monastyrskaya . The church was closed in 1937.
In 1906 there were 35 yards in Hotisin, 230 inhabitants.
From 1921 to the beginning (or middle) of the 1930s. in Khotisin, there was an agricultural butter factory.
Since 1929 - in the Duminichsky district (Polyak, then Duminichsky village council).
In 1934? the agricultural farm "Red Hotisino" was formed. Initially, 7 farms did not enter. Collectivization was completed in the spring of 1936.
In 1940 - 44 yard, a school. During the war, Hotisino was liberated on April 2, 1942. The fascists burned all the houses before retreating. The population found shelter in the neighboring villages ( Bryn , Semichastnoe, Plotskoye, Sleeve). In early October 1942, everyone was evacuated to the Tula region (they began to return in the summer of the following year).
In August 1943, the collective farm was restored, at which time 9 women, 2 teenagers and an elderly man worked. The military left the collective farmers a sick horse. In October, an elementary school began to work (until 1944 it was located in the village of Rukav).
The collective farm "Red Hotisino" existed until 1950, then it was attached to the collective farm named. 17th Party Conference (d. Duminichi).

This is interesting
In Russia, there are two settlements called Hotisino, and both in the Kaluga Region - in Duminichsky and in the Peremyshl District. There is also a village in the Ugransky district of the Smolensk region. (on the border with Kaluga). Perhaps there is some connection between them.
