Museums in the Oryol region

The list includes museums and exhibition halls of the city and the region, except for departmental, educational institutions and other public organizations. The oldest museum in the Oryol Region is the Oryol Museum of Local Lore , founded in 1897 [1] . The local history museums of the Uritsky and Khotynetsky districts were officially registered in 2007 [2] , and the youngest museum of dolls was opened in 2016 [3] .
