History
Kneppelsdorf was taken at the end of January 1945 by soldiers of the 87th Guards Rifle Division of the 13th Guards Rifle Corps of the 43rd Army, together with the 89th Tank Brigade of the 1st Tank Corps.
In 1946, Kneppelsdorf was renamed the village of Nekrasovo [2] . In 1958, by a decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Council of the RSFSR, the village of Nekrasovo was renamed the village of Rassvet [3] .
