Upper Khingu is a village in the Lower Udinsky district of the Irkutsk region . It is part of the Khudoelan municipality .

Geography

The village is located on the northeast side of the S25 federal highway, 17 km north-west of the center of the rural settlement - the village of Khudoelanskoye .

History

The village was located on the Great Siberian Highway. Settlement has been going on since at least the 1770s ^[3] .
