Strasser is best known for her role as Dr. Dorian Lord in the long-day soap opera One Life to Live , where she starred for more than three decades [1] . She won the Daytime Emmy Award for Best Actress in 1982, and was also repeatedly nominated for the award in different years [2] . Along with Erica Slezak , Strasser is one of the actors who has participated in the show for the longest time. In addition, Strasser is known for the daytime soap operas “ Another World ”, “ All My Children ” and “Passion”. In prime time, she is known for her role in the television series Quiet Wharf , in which she starred in 1990, and was also a guest on shows like She Wrote the Murder , China Beach , Murphy Brown and Darma and Greg ” [1] .
