Biography
V. M. Bannykh was born on May 11, 1952.
In 1975 he graduated from the Saratov Art College , and in 1982 - from the art department of the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography (VGIK) .
At the end of VGIK, he was accepted as a production designer at the Lenfilm film studio. In 1983, he made his debut in cinema - based on his sketches, a short feature film was shot by the Buster directed by Alexander Bibartsev . He mainly collaborated with such directors as Vyacheslav Sorokin , Victor Aristov , Victor Buturlin , Alexander Rogozhkin .
Member of the St. Petersburg Union of Artists .
