Asinias ( Latin Asinii ) is a Roman plebeian genus , presumably of Marrucinian origin. The founder of this tribal community is traditionally considered to be Geria Asinia (Assinia), one of the leaders of the Italians of the times of the Allied war 91-88 BC. e.
The male form of the name is Asinius .
