It is located in the southeast of the volost (southwest of Lake Glybai ), 52 km south of the Velikiye Luki district center and 15 km southeast of the Porechye volost center.

The population of the village as of 2000 was 13 residents [1] , in 2010 - 10 residents.
History
Until 2005, the village was part of the now abolished Uritsky volost .
