Biography
Of the nobles.
He joined the service in 1856 in the 4th reserve division of the Life Guards Horse Regiment as a non-commissioned officer . In 1861 he was elected a candidate for the peace mediator of the Buinsk district of Simbirsk province. In 1863 he left military service in the rank of staff captain . In 1865 he was elected deputy of the nobility from Buinsky district and was determined by the mediator of the 1st district of the same district. The following year he was elected Buinsky district leader of the nobility , and in 1871 he was appointed Simbirsk provincial leader of the nobility. In 1873, granted to the chamberlains . In 1887 he was appointed to the post of Simbirsk governor, and in 1893 - Vladimir governor.
