Palsmanes parish ( Latvian. Palsmanes pagasts ) is one of the eight volosts of the Smiltene region of Latvia. The volost center is a large village Palsmane .

Along the northern border is the A2 motorway.
Population
According to mid-2012, the population of the parish was 1012 inhabitants [1] . In 1935, 2,716 people lived in the volost, in 2000 - 1,106 [2] .
72% of the population of the parish live in Palsman. 14% of the population live in three small villages. The rest of the population lives in farms.
