Located on the banks of the Volkhov River , near the confluence of the Polist River. The village has a railway bridge across the Volkhov on the main passage of the October Railway . The village has the same name railway platform in the Moscow direction of the St. Petersburg branch of the October Railway . Located 300 m northwest of the bridge across the Volkhov River. East of the platform is the village of Maryino . All suburban electric trains passing through it stop .
