Ker (p) ethans ( lat. Cerretani ) is a people of supposedly Iberian origin, who gave the name of the modern French commune Cerdan , which was part of the territory it occupied. In general, he lived on the territory of the Segre River Valley. Their main city in Roman times was called Julia Libica (now Livia ).
Their neighbors in the east were Ausetans , and in the south were allergic .
