Orange Armenia

Orange Armenia is a telecommunication company, one of the world's leading telecommunications operators, a mobile operator, as well as an Internet provider, in Armenia since 2009. The company provides cellular services, broadband Internet access and mobile television. From the beginning of 2013, Orange Armenia will begin to provide fixed telephony services as well. The first mobile operator in Armenia to launch HD Voice technology on its network. The network covers 95% of the territory of Armenia. As of July 2012, it has 640,000 active subscribers. ^[4] Since the founding of Orange’s Armenian division, Bruno Duthoit has been the company’s CEO, ^[5] which was replaced by Francis Gelibter on September 3, 2012. ^{[6] [7]}

In 2015, by the decision of PSRC, 100% of Orange Armenia shares were sold to Ucom (Universal Communications) Armenian telecommunications company.
