Hof Ha Carmel Plain (Hebrew חוף הכרמל ) is a narrow coastal strip between the Mediterranean Sea and the Carmel Mountains in northern Israel .

View from Carmel Mountain to the Carmel Coast
From north to south, Hof ha Carmel stretches for approximately 30 kilometers along the Mediterranean Sea. Its width is only two to three kilometers. Its northern border is the Carmel Highlands with the city of Haifa . South of Hof ha Carmel is the Sharon Valley of central Israel.
