Crater Description
The Davy crater chain also includes the craters Alan , Delia , Osman , Susan and Harold . In addition, the immediate neighbors of the crater are the Paliza Crater in the north; Ptolemy Crater in the northeast; Alphonse Crater in the southeast; Davy Crater in the southwest [1] . Selenographic coordinates of the center of the crater , diameter 1.5 km [2] , depth 0.33 km [3] .
The crater has a regular circular cup shape. The southwestern and northeastern sections of the shaft are straightened by a neighboring impact . The shaft height above the surrounding area is 70 m [3] , the volume of the crater is approximately 0.23 km³ [3] .
