Biography
Quotes
- “We are like living in the last century, while the rest of the teams have already sailed far ahead. It is very difficult to constantly catch up. As soon as our swimmers reach world-class results, it turns out that Americans, Australians and even Asians mastered much higher speeds. We lag behind in everything: in the training methodology, in material and organizational support. ”
- “The coaching profession is not only a creative work, but also a very personal one. When they constantly try to suppress your personality, it does not lead to anything good. There must be inner freedom. Only then will freedom of thought appear. ”
