Biography
From 1933 he worked as an accountant on the collective farm. In 1935 he graduated from the pedagogical technical school, after which he worked in a seven-year Kozlovsk school as a teacher, head teacher, then as a principal.
In 1938 he entered the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics of the Mordovian Pedagogical Institute . After the 3rd course in July 1941, with the beginning of the Great Patriotic War , he was drafted into the Red Army ; studied at the Podolsk military infantry school [3] . As a cadet, he participated in the defense of Moscow . At the end of 1941, cadets drafted into the army from high school graduation courses were returned to the institutes; E. Z. Razumov graduated from the Mordovia Pedagogical Institute in 1942. In the same year he joined the VKP (b) .
From June 1942 - Secretary of the Mordovian Regional Committee of the Komsomol, then - Secretary of the Saransk City Committee of the CPSU (b).
In 1945-1948 studied at the Higher Party School of the Central Committee of the CPSU (b). Since 1948 - on the party work in the Kemerovo region : head of the organizational, then the ideological department of the regional party committee [4] , executive editor of the regional newspaper "Kuzbass". In 1951-1955 - Secretary, in the years 1955-1960. - Second Secretary, in 1960-1961. - Secretary of the Kemerovo Regional Party Committee.
After the XX Congress of the CPSU, he was chairman of the commission of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR on reviewing cases of persons convicted of political and official crimes (in a number of Siberian prisons, TIC and camps of the USSR Ministry of Internal Affairs).
From May 1961 - in the apparatus of the CPSU Central Committee : inspector, assistant secretary of the CPSU Central Committee (since 1961), deputy head (from 1967), from 1983–1990 - first deputy head of the department of party organization work of the CPSU Central Committee. In 1987, by the decision of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee of the CPSU, he was approved as the head of a working group on improving management systems and reducing staff in the Union republics; according to the proposals of the working group, more than a million posts were abolished (with their withdrawal from funding).
During this period, he was elected a member of the Central Revision Commission of the CPSU (5.3.1976 - 23.2.1981), a candidate member of the CPSU Central Committee (3.3.1981 - 25.2.1986), a member of the CPSU Central Committee (6.3.1986 - 2.7.1990).
Since 1990, retired; lived in Moscow. He was buried next to his wife at the Troekurovsky cemetery (section 8a) [1] .
He was elected a deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the RSFSR of the V convocation (1959–1963) from the Kemerovo Region [5] ; deputy of the Council of the Union of the Supreme Soviet of the USSR XI convocation (1984-1989) from the Kemerovo region [6] .

The father is Zot Nikiforovich Razumov (1895-1951), the mother is Uliana Vasilyevna Razumova (1895-1990).
Wife - Anna Pavlovna Razumova (1918-2013), teacher.
