In the blue part of the panel are two white concave rhombuses with a yellow inscribed four-bladed propeller in each. In the green part of the cloth there is a yellow head of a rooster with a red comb, eyes and a beard, holding a white concave rhombus in its beak. ”

Justification of Symbols

The flag of the city settlement in the language of heraldic symbols harmoniously reflects the history of the birth of the administrative center of the city settlement - the village of Tomilino - the natural features of its location, as well as the main profile of the local population.

A yellow rafter with an ornament indicates that the base of the village is associated with the construction of wooden dachas, for which carved rafters were a characteristic decoration of the facades.

White rhombuses, stars, propellers and blue color symbolize the main area of activity of local enterprises related to aviation and astronautics.

A rooster with a diamond-shaped diamond in its beak shows other industries operating in the village: the country's first industrial poultry farm and the Diamond Tool Plant.

Blue color (light blue ) is a symbol of exalted aspirations, sincerity, devotion, rebirth.

The green field reflects the location of the settlement in the green belt surrounding Moscow . Green color symbolizes spring, health, nature, youth and hope.

Yellow color ( gold ) is a symbol of the highest value, greatness, wealth, and harvest.

White color ( silver ) is a symbol of purity, openness, divine wisdom, reconciliation.

Red color is a symbol of labor, courage, life-affirming power, beauty and celebration.

History

December 30, 2005, by decree of the head of the municipality of Tomilino village No. 387 "On the anthem and flag of the village of Tomilino" [3] , the position and description of the symbolism of the flag of the village of Tomilino were approved.

Appendix No. 3, “Regulation on the flag of the village of Tomilino,” stipulates that the text of the description and justification of the symbolism of the flag of the village of Tomilino is approved by a resolution of the Head of the village of Tomilino on the proposal of the competition committee after the competition for the flag of the village of Tomilino.

Appendix No. 4 “Description of the Flag Symbol of the Municipal Formation of Tomilino Village” (to the above resolution) provides the following description:

The flag of the village represents a rectangular panel with a ratio of width to length 2: 3 bearing an image in the color scheme of the coat of arms of the municipality.

The flag is designed on the basis of the coat of arms, which in the language of symbols and allegories reflects the historical, cultural and economic features of the municipality.

In the blue (azure) field - a golden rafter filled with greenery, below - a truncated-toothed, with a green rhombus framing each tooth; a golden shingle comes out from the top of the rafter, connected at the end with the same hexagon framed by a green rhombus. At the top of the rafter is accompanied by two silver concave rhombuses, each of which is framed by two two-bladed golden propellers in a cross. Down in the green field, the rafters are accompanied by the golden head of a rooster with red (scarlet) crest and beard, in the open beak - a silver rhombus.

The golden rafter with an ornament shows that the base of the village is associated with the construction of wooden summer houses, for which different rafters were a characteristic decoration of the facades.

Silver rhombuses, stars, propellers and blue color symbolize the main field of activity of local enterprises related to aviation and astronautics.

A rooster with a diamond diamond indicates other industries operating in the village: the country's first industrial poultry farm and a diamond tool factory.

The green field reflects the surroundings of the village.
